Luxembourg pressing released in two editions. The first pressing is in a black CD tray (1989). The second pressing is in a white CD tray (1994). Tracks recorded from the Ed Sullivan Show, Smothers Brothers, Hollywood Bowl, and Jonathan Winters. All tracks were taken from various Doors' videos.
